Security & governance
The dominant failure mode in AI consulting isn't bad technology — it's the post-engagement gap: the firm leaves, the system never gets operationalized, and the internal team can't run what was built. Here's specifically how we avoid that.
Ownership transfer
Every engagement includes a documented handoff: architecture decisions, runbooks for common failure modes, and a walkthrough with your team before we consider the engagement closed. You own the code, the credentials, and the decisions — nothing is held back to create dependency on us.
No vendor lock-in
We build on standard, boring technology your team can already hire for — not proprietary frameworks that only we can maintain. If a tool choice would create lock-in, we say so explicitly before you commit.
Diagnostic data — privacy policy
This section covers data collected through the AI readiness diagnostic on this site.
- What we collect: your diagnostic answers, your email address, and basic funnel analytics (quiz start/completion, no personally identifying analytics beyond the email you provide).
- Why: to generate your report and, with your consent, to follow up about the results.
- Retention: submission records are retained for 24 months from submission, or until you request deletion, whichever is sooner.
- Deletion: email privacy@edupundit.com to request deletion of your submission at any time.
- Controller / processor: edupundit is the data controller for diagnostic submissions. Our email delivery and analytics subprocessors act as data processors under our instruction.
- Subprocessors:a transactional email provider (for sending your report) and a lightweight analytics tool (for funnel measurement). Neither receives your diagnostic answers beyond what's needed to deliver your report.
- Analytics consent: funnel analytics (quiz start, question progression, completion) are covered by the same consent you give at the start of the diagnostic — no separate tracking outside that scope.
